You will be able to see their water tank, well over the horizon, that tank is next to building 57, where the pantry is.

As you get to the top of the hill, make a left and enter the hospital grounds a block ahead. Continue on that road and you will find the first parking lot on your left, that is parking lot D. Enter the parking lot and drive all the way to the other end and find a place to park. Now you are on front of building 57 which is where the pantry is.
